FBH successfully completed a 12,000-square-foot tenant improvement project within an existing occupied facility, which included the integration of a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). The work required careful phasing and coordination to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. A key component of the project involved converting a portion of the existing non-SCIF space into a SCIF-compliant environment, which demanded the installation and coordination of specialized electrical systems to meet stringent security requirements. Despite challenging existing field conditions and evolving design adjustments, the team maintained consistent communication with the general contractor and other trades, ensuring the project was completed on schedule.
