The 9950 Medical Center Drive Project is a 3-story, 120,000 SF core and shell steel structure building located in Rockville, MD. It has an all glass façade, small mechanical penthouse on the roof, and minimal interior construction fit out with only bathrooms and elevators. In addition, there is extensive hardscape, site lighting, and site amenities as well as a 150+ spot parking.
