The West Gude Labs projects are part of a 17 acre, 3 building campus that is being repositioned to focus on the growing life sciences market in the area. To date, FBH has provided the electrical design and build-out for 3 projects that included electrical infrastructure upgrades and spec lab build outs for 6 segregated suites. The new labs spaces are designed to be flexible and adaptable to easily accommodate a wide range of potential life sciences tenants. The construction team successfully upgraded the existing 40 year old building infrastructures without impacting the tenants still occupying the buildings.
