The Xylem project was a small, fast-moving project with D-Watts Construction. The total renovated space was roughly 15,000 square feet including office space, break rooms and conference rooms. It was designed to meet LEED Platinum, which is the highest rating a building can get from the US Green Building Council. The project included a completely new Lutron lighting control system, LED energy efficient fixtures, and electrical metering.
