Labcorp Chantilly is the new home to more than 100 Labcorp technicians that operate around the clock processing blood samples. The building is 45,000 sqft and includes office spaces, training areas and a variety of labs (Histology, Stat, Accessioning, Cytology, Digital Pathology, Grossing). The Accessioning lab alone includes 144 light fixtures, over 800’ of wiremold and more than 480 receptacles serving 160 workstations.

DPR Construction initially selected the FBH team to provide procurement and support for the equipment prerelease package in December 2023. The design was still underway at that time and FBH was able to provide viable solutions to deal with the existing building constraints and accommodate the tight schedule. Labcorp was elated to move into their new space after 30 years in their previous home.
