Traville Building B is the second of three scheduled buildings at the Alexandria Center at Traville Gateway. The base building was constructed concurrently with the full tenant build out for Millipore Sigma. The Base building includes 281,615 SF across 6 floors, with 180,000 SF added to the existing garage structure. The base building included an extensive sitework package to provide new PEPCO duct banks, telecom duct banks and 50+ site lights. FBH scope also included installation of (2) 4000A switchboards, (1) 800A switchboard, (20) panelboards, (8) transformers and a 350kW generator.
