The Millipore Sigma tenant build out at Traville Gateway included power infrastructure upgrades and a build out of 250,000 SF of office and lab space. FBH provided the power upgrades, including (2) 2500 KW generators and (12) 1200A ATS providing standby power to the entire building. The building houses the new local headquarters and various lab spaces requiring a high priority on commissioning and QC. This included 2,000+ checklists across the trades, many of which had hundreds of items to document.
