The FDA OPQ Pilot project included the demolition and build-out of two existing flex office/warehouse suites for the Office of Pharmaceutical Quality. The construction included a new 2500A service, 2000A mission critical switchboard, 1500kW standby generator with ATSs, chiller yard, 100kVA UPS and sub-metering. The hazardous classification resulted in a very significant amount of rigid conduit, IMC, seal-offs and explosion-proof devices in all of the Suite D laboratory spaces.
